What is included in the fare?
Your fare covers full-board dining across our main restaurants, all entertainment and pools, port taxes, and onboard activities. Speciality restaurants, spa treatments, shore excursions and drinks packages can be added during booking.
What documents are required?
Bring a passport valid for the full duration of the voyage — you'll need it for continental ports as well as for identification. British and Irish citizens typically need no visa for our British Isles itineraries; we'll confirm any requirements for your nationality at checkout.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 60 days before departure for a full refund. Between 60 and 30 days a 25% fee applies; within 30 days, 50%. We recommend adding travel insurance at booking for complete peace of mind.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. A 20% deposit secures your cabin, with the balance due 60 days before sailing. Interest-free instalment plans are available on suites.
