Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with Starlight Cruise. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:

Refund Eligibility:

  • Before December 15th: Tickets purchased before December 15th are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event date.
  • After December 15th: All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds will be issued for any bookings made on or after December 15th, regardless of the reason.
  • Within 30 Days of Event: Tickets are non-refundable if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the event date, regardless of purchase date.

Important Refund Terms:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to refunds@starlightcruise.com
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • The 10% processing fee covers administrative and payment processing costs
  • All refund requests are subject to verification and approval

Ticket Transfers:

  • While tickets are non-refundable after December 15th, they ARE transferable to another person
  • To transfer a ticket, contact us at least 7 days before the event with the new guest's information
  • Name changes and transfers may be subject to a £15 administrative fee
  • The original purchaser remains responsible for the booking until the transfer is confirmed

Event Cancellation by Starlight Cruise:

  • If we cancel or significantly modify the event due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, safety concerns, force majeure), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event
  • We reserve the right to cancel the event for safety reasons, and in such cases, full refunds will be issued within 14 days
  • Starlight Cruise is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.)

No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to arrive at the boarding time will result in forfeiture of your ticket with no refund
  • Late arrivals after departure cannot be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued
  • It is your responsibility to arrive on time for boarding (7:30 PM - 8:00 PM)

Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund after December 15th, we will review each case individually and may offer alternative solutions such as credit towards a future event.
